Your privacy is very important to LUCED.net. We therefore comply with the Privacy Act (AVG). This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the website www.luced.net with information that we learn about you. Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to properly handle this order. We may then provide your personal data to our supplier to process your order. For this we use your name and address details, IP address, e-mail address, and URL address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years thereafter (that is the legal obligation to retain).

You can take out a paid subscription via our websites luced.net, luced.it and/or luced.fr (hosting, domain registration or a graphically related service). We use your personal data to process the payment. For this we use your billing address, telephone number, payment details, e-mail address, sometimes date of birth, name, address, gender and IP address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until you cancel the subscription and seven years thereafter (that is the legal retention obligation).

Contact form and newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number, name and address and gender. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response. You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your e-mail address is automatically added to the list of subscribers. This information is saved until you cancel the subscription.

Other parties
We do not give your personal data to other companies or organizations, unless this is necessary if the law states that this is necessary. An example is that if we suspect fraud, we can report it to the police.

Providing to other companies or institutions
We do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions, only when we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police so require in the event of a suspicion of a crime). • We make a daily backup of the websites hosted by LUCED.net (7 days a week) of which the Saturday backup is saved once a week for up to 3 months
